Our mental well-being greatly influences our thoughts, emotions, and actions. With the right tools and skills, we can enhance our self-awareness and make more constructive and healthy choices.

As someone with Ghanaian-American roots, I strive to create a secure and culturally responsive environment for everyone. I use a comprehensive approach that incorporates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Interventions. My ultimate aim is to empower individuals, families, and couples, and eliminate the negative perceptions surrounding mental health.

In 2016, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Montclair State University, and in 2021, I completed my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am also a proud member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).

I’m eager to embark on a new journey of progress with you.
